Founder/Instructor Biography: Mrs.
Nora Cline created the first Modern Manners etiquette program in 1990 as a program instructor at the Worthington
Parks and Recreation Department. For the past 19 years Nora has presented a variety of etiquette and character enrichment
programs. She currently presents etiquette programs for Schools, Girl Scouts, Private Groups and Organizations, Country
Clubs, private, in-home, classes and business etiquette training in the greater Columbus area. Nora
has been featured on WTTE Fox 28 Good Day Columbus, Sunny 95 radio, and in The Columbus Dispatch, Columbus Parent
Magazine, and This Week Newspapers. Nora currently writes an on-line etiquette column, "In A Manner
